Happenings: Was our previous customer, had dealed her with 2 times before. Those 2 times meeting her, was horrendous. We got to pester her for dont' know how long, be strict to her & showing her our temper THEN she's willing to meetup for those item she had us pending for her. The 3rd time, she purchased something from us but suddenly she backed out. So, we should have blacklisted her already. But, we did not as everyone needs a 2nd chance. 1 week later, she msn one of us and said she want to purchase those thing she've backed out the other time. Okay, allowed her to do so. She promised and ensured that she will not do anything that will cause her to be blacklisted. So ok, trusted her. Somemore, let her choose the day of meetup. Before the day of meetup, i texted her to comfirm her meetup she then reply me saying she want to change the date as she had something on. as stated clearly in our terms & conditions. If you're unable to meet us up on the 1st time, there'll be a 2nd time for us to do so. if not, item will be given to others & blacklisted. It's not that we don't want to understand her. But, it's really hard to deal with her. Getting her to set a date to meet us up and everything. Ensuring she have the ability to pay and stuffs. If other customers can meet me up, why can't she? :).
